For our
New Patients  we will require a deposit when you book an appointment. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment at your next visit.  We will always be as flexible as possible and the deposit will be refunded if you subsequently cancel the appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
However, we reserve the right to retain it in case of late cancellations (any cancellation with less than  24hours’ notice)or failure to attend. We will always try to be sensitive to personal circumstances.
Deposit is 100% of the cost of New Patient Examination or Emergency Appointment Fee which is £75 


For our Existing Patients: if your appointment time becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it if you provide us with 24hrs notice. This allows us to schedule in other patients who may be in urgent need of dental care.
Failure to provide us with  advance notice or failure to present for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no show fee of £50. 
It is understandable that sometimes cancellations cannot be helped due to illness or emergency and we will take all valid circumstances into account.
